Hey there! You finally found me. Everything is in divine order and it is not by chance that you came to this site. Please take a look around and let me know how I can help you or your organization on your chosen path. Let’s make sure you get the most out of it.┬áNamaste (I bow to the divine in you) Love and light.

A conduit is a channel through which something is conveyed. I supply the tools and information for my clients to heal. The healing (the work) is ultimately done by my clients.
Using a holistic approach, I provide intuitive readings, customized workshops, coaching, healing circles and artistic workshops for adults and youth. Some of my past work has included:
  • over 48 proprietary workshops dealing with education, finances, health, emotional and spiritual development, family, and other customized workshops for adults
  • poetry and publishing workshops for teens
  • upcycling art workshop for teens
  • storytelling for children
  • private healing circles
  • personal and professional development coaching for hundreds of clients
I take time to learn my clients' areas of concern. I then use my combined tools of being a coach, artist, circle keeper and intuitive to take action so they may heal or make sustainable changes in their lives from a multilayered approach.

I consider coaching and being a circle keeper to be sacred. Any time you are working with people to change their lives, they are trusting you. This is why I have taken the time (6 years) to move through my personal pain and have a better understanding of self and purpose so that I may wholly assist my clients. The best way to honor my purpose and those that visit my path was to heal myself, first. This way I am a better conduit for others' healing. Don't get me wrong, healing is a continuous journey but let's just say that I'm no longer weighed down with luggage like Erykah Badu's bag lady.

To be a conduit is not an easy path but it is my calling. It is delicate and takes appreciation for each individual's life path. There are many people calling themselves coaches these days and I feel that it is best to seek a coach who has done their own work. Because of my sincere desire to have the greatest impact, I took time to heal myself so that my discernment and ability to provide the best service possible was not overshadowed by what needed to be healed in me. I am committed to this work which is one of love and compassion.

I have been coaching people for over 20 years beginning in corporate and my personal life. In 2010 I became a certified coach and since then I have coached and created customized workshops and programs for government agencies, high schools, nonprofit organizations, a church, and individuals; serving hundreds of people. I became a Circle Keeper through the National Compadres Network in 2017.

As a disclaimer, I must state that I am not a therapist, psychiatrist, or psychologist. If you are seeking medical advice, please contact one of the previously mentioned. If you are having a medical emergency, please call 911.

My direction is healing by incorporating the traditional way of doing things which has been lost. This means taking the time to listen to people and honoring their value and space.

It is important to "hear" a person and "see" a person. Hearing a person means giving your undivided attention to someone, digesting their words, without trying to figure out what you are going to say next. Seeing someone means to look at them as a whole person; what makes them happy or sad, their struggles, their successes, traumas, and goals.

I will be offering a series of new workshops, online and in person, and healing through sacred circles, speaking, being heard, art, and more.
